Kindly share an unboxing video or pictures from different angle of the product as proof, and after verification, we will either send a replacement or provide a coupon code equivalent to the product's value, allowing you to choose something else from our collection. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to resolving any such issues promptly.

  • To help us address any issues with damaged or incorrect products, please provide a complete, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the breakage or error. If you were unable to record an unboxing video, you can share clear pictures of the product from different angles as an alternative. This helps us verify the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it efficiently.

  • Submit the video or pictures as proof of the product's condition upon delivery.
  • All details should be submitted within 48 hrs. of receiving the product.

For Incorrect Product Received: 

  • Submit a complete, unedited unboxing video or pictures showing the product you received.
  • Provide proof of the order details to verify the discrepancy.
  • All details should be submitted within 48 hrs. of receiving the product.

In case of product does not match the order:

  • Correct Product Delivery:
    We will ensure the correct product is delivered at no additional cost.
  • In Case of Unavailability:
    If the correct product is unavailable, we will offer you a discount coupon or store credit equivalent to the product’s value.

Decision Authority
Please note that all decisions regarding breakage claims, incorrect product received  resolution, replacements, or compensation will be made at our discretion based on the provided evidence and situational factors.
